Are the products guaranteed?

All our products are sent as new and unused .

If the product is damaged or defective in its original state, it will be exchanged, not returned .

The exchange period is within 2 months after ordering.

Our customers can separate the defective products in bulk and send them to us once a month.

When will I receive the product after I order?

Orders placed before 14:00 will be shipped the same day, and any orders placed after that will be shipped the next day.

Delivery is provided within 1-3 business days .

(Unless something goes wrong.)

Do you issue invoices?


Prices do not include VAT.

If an invoice is requested, product prices will be increased by 20% and an e-archive invoice will be issued.

Can I order via WhatsApp?


Yes, of course!

You can contact us via WhatsApp , specify the products you want and place your order from there.

Are the images of the products exactly the same?


Generally, our products and images are exactly the same.

However, in the rare event of stock out, an alternative product of equal or better quality and appearance may be sent. In this case, the customer will be informed in advance.

Do the products come packaged?


Approximately 95% of our products come boxed or packaged .

However, some small products may only come from the manufacturer in bags or simple packaging .

Standard boxes can be sold separately upon request.

Which cargo company do you ship with?


We usually work with Aras Cargo .

If the customer requests, shipping can be provided with another cargo company .

However, in this case, we may not have an agreement and the shipping cost may be slightly higher .

Do you provide a cargo tracking number?


Yes, the tracking number will be shared after the shipment is shipped.

Generally, the cargo company sends a message to the customer's number.


Our customers who request it can get the tracking number instantly by contacting us via WhatsApp .

Can I make changes after placing an order?

Changes can be made to the order before the products are shipped .

You can contact us via WhatsApp and make requests such as “Remove this product, add this product instead”.

What are your working hours?

You can order 24/7 from our website.
